Trilogy is a sole practice, there is no receptionist available. Once my work day has begun, I am focussed on previously scheduled clients and maintaining Covid cleaning recommendations. I listen to messages and get back to folks at the close of my business day, via text, to schedule appointments and to address any concerns.
